| | 07 06 2011 | International Students Odessa Ukraine Individuals from outside the Ukraine may attend Odessa Agrarian University by meeting regular admission standards, special admission requirements and deadlines for international students.
Required Documents:
In order to receive student's invitation letter you will have to provide with the following information and the following personal documents or e-mail this information:
• Name, Surname,
• Citizenship,
• Date & place of birth,
• Sex,
• Passport number,
• Passport validity (date of issue & expiry),
• Permanent address,
• A copy of the passport (pages with the photograph, date of birth and passport validity (date of issue & expiry),
• Certificate of Completed Higher Secondary Education( scanned or faxed )
• Invitation applications are accepted from May every year until first of November. It takes from 10 to 15 days to process the documents with the Ministry of Higher Education of Ukraine.
• Upon receiving the invitation letter, the student must contact the Embassy of Ukraine in his / her country in order to apply for the student's visa. The following documents must be provided:
• Application form
• 10 photographs (3x4cm)
• Original invitation letter sent to you
• Medical health certificate
• HIV/AIDS test
• Certificate of Completed Higher Secondary Education ( Translated in Russian ))
In order to enter the territory of Ukraine and to be admitted into the University, a student should have the following documents:
• Passport (validity -not less than one year), entry visa
• Migration card (must be filled in by you in the airport upon arrival to Ukraine).
• Medical Insurance
Along with these;
• Original invitation letter sent to you
• Medical health certificate
• HIV/AIDS test
• Certificate of Completed Higher Secondary Education ( Translated in Russian ))

Letter of Invitation
To get the letter of invitation please send (by mail, fax or e-mail) the following documents to the department of international studies of the chosen faculty:
* the application form;
* the photocopy of the first two pages of your passport.
Upon consideration of your documents you will be sent the letter of invitation. Please find out the details of getting the visa in the Ukrainian Embassy in your country. It takes about 2 months to get the letter of invitation that is why you are recommended to send all the documents not later than 3 months before the beginning of the term.
Concluding the agreement
To conclude the agreement to study you should pass exams and submit to the department of international studies of the chosen faculty the following documents:
* Filled application form;
* Academic documents, equivalent to the academic documents of Ukraine, with the academic degree, the full list of learned subjects and full list of marks, with a notarized translation into Russian:
For Bachelor studies (BSc/BA): school-leaving certificate
For Master studies (MSc/MA): Bachelor’s or Specialist’s degree-certificate
For Post-graduate studies (Candidate’s degree): Master’s or Bachelor’s certificate
(Academic documents should be legalized. You can get the information about the procedure of legalization in the Ukrainian embassy in the country where academic documents were issued.)
* Transcript (the document showing the list of the subjects with results) with a notarized translation into Russian/Ukrainian;
* Medical certificate confirming that you haven’t got contra-indications for study
* The AIDS test result confirming that you haven’t got AIDS
* Passport with visa
* Six 3x4 cm photographs.
The translation of the academic documents into Russian/Ukrainaan must be notarized in Ukraine or certified by the Ukrainian Embassy or Consulate in the country where they were issued. The Faculty has the right to require additional information.
Borrowing books from the library of the University is free of charge.
